Around the World (almost :)

What do New York (USA), Washington D.C. (USA), Rabat (Morocco) and Salé (Morocco) have in common?
And what do they have to do with the IT-Lab?

These are some of the places where an implementation of the IT-Lab (will be)/(is) present.

May 5th-7th, 2007 New York

Ricky's is located in New York. You can read more on BBRV's blog here:

and here:

Although I cannot say too much about this, it's sufficient to say Ricky's will be using
something based on this set-up.

May 7th-10th, Washington D.C.

Harvard's Center for Hellenic Studies, http://www.chs.harvard.edu/
They will use the set-up in their first European Campus in Nafplion.
On bbrv's blog you can get more details:

and here:

(BBRV really saves me from typing a lot :-)

Anyway, here you can see the first one being set up:

Don't pay attention to me on that picture...

May 11th-17th, Rabat and Salé, Morocco

CAC, or Centre d'Accès Communautaire (Community Access Center) is using a set-up to provide
Internet access to the masses.
The nice lady on the picture is my fiancé Maria :-)

The guys liked the set-up...

And a screenshot of how it looks like:

Again, BBRV has the details:

I will update this a little later on; right now I'm too tired to come up with coherent text (hence the pictures and the links to BBRV's blog ;)

All I can say is, a lot of things are happening :-)

Johan.
